R.I.P Malcom Mclaren

Man i have always been really interested in this guy since i was young, there was alot of talk and controversy about the validity and historical importance surrounding him, fact is without his early marketing genius, outsider promotion and left feild management GENRE’S would not have exsisted, maybe but certainly not seen, on a hip hop level all writers outside of america quote “buffalo gals” as the first clip they saw someone actually using a spraycan properly,  this was one of the hip hop cultures first worldwide presentations, that is one feather in his cap, not to  mention the nurturing of vivien westwood and creationof the sex pistols, adam ant, new york dolls,etc..  and a his debut in the ballet/theatre world with madame butterfly, id like to see the real documentary that explained his life ,the true story!!, end of the day most of us have been influenced by malcom mclaren in some way shape or form at some point …
