OK so i think the story goes like this…
so someone on the line out toward were Paris lived in the eighties (88/89) was biting my name (this is actually the only time ive ever seen anyone else try write it) so he did a few peices on the tracks, one which stayed there for ever, around the same time Paris did me this peice on Cooks Exports wall in Surrey Hills, VIC. so as you can see the new Dmote came back and wrote above the peice “ok Dmote! be Dmote then and ill be Paris” nice one, seems homie lost out in the end and both Paris and I got to keep our names…

Any chance dmote2 also saw the Hype mag by that time? I remember the first came out late 88 or early 89 and the next 2 followed quickly. Hype 2 came out July 89 in Brissy. Hype 3 had that Paris detail on the front cover didn’t it?

there was someone getting around perth in the mid to late 90s (i think)writing dmote, never saw any pieces but whoever it was had nice handstyles, had some tags in pretty weird places too…
